What we do

From idea to action, in four moves.

01

Analyze

We dissect complex legislative ideas using federal, state, and local policy expertise, and tell you where the votes, the money, and the risks really are.

02

Engage

We design coordinated advocacy campaigns using coalition building and grassroots tactics. Success through addition, not subtraction.

03

Communicate

Message strategy and branding that turn a technical policy into something a council member, a reporter, and a neighbor all understand.

04

Execute

We run the campaign, in person and online: meetings, hearings, town halls, digital outreach, and follow-through.
